The 8th grade Art girls brought Art History into 3D by creating dioramas of a favorite piece of fine art. The girls used found objects, air dry clay, paint, and lots of patience to make their own masterpieces!

Viola will be taking students to support the Lady Longhorns at the State Finals Game on Wednesday, March 4 at Lafayette County High School. The bus will depart the High School gym parking lot at 6:30 AM to arrive in time to watch the girls play at 1:00 PM.

The Viola Rodeo club is kicking off the spring rodeo series tomorrow, March 1, at the Gemstone H Arena in Viola . The Wicked Wok Food Truck will be providing concessions from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM . See you there!
The Viola Band will present their Pre-Assessment Concert on Monday, March 9, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Viola High School Gym.

It's Game Day!
The Senior Girls are taking on Maynard in the Regional 1A-2 Basketball Tournament at Hillcrest tonight. The game begins at 7:00 PM. You must purchase your ticket online to attend. Please scan the QR Code in the graphic for ticket sales and information.

The Viola Elementary P.E. classes have been learning about the Olympics and some of the games played: Slalom, Downhill Skiing, Hockey, Speed Skating, and Curling. Each student participated in all the games. Gold, silver, and bronze medals were presented to the winners in each sport.
Our second graders had such a great time experiencing Hearts Across America! We sent and received letters from all across our country and even Europe! Thanks to our community's help for sharing our project, and a special thanks from Seattle and Tennessee for our cool souvenirs!
