As part of our ongoing commitment to student safety, the Viola School District has implemented a new visitor management system in both the Elementary and High School offices.
Beginning immediately:
>All visitors and vendors must check in and out through the school office.
>A valid photo ID is required for entry.
This process will help us better monitor and track visitors, ensuring an added layer of security for our students and staff.
We appreciate your cooperation and support as we continue to prioritize the safety of everyone on our campuses.
Thank you,
Kyle McCarn
Superintendent

Parents, please join us for an information meeting this Friday, September 5 at 5:30 PM to see how your student can become a part of Viola High School's robotics team, Mechanically Challenged. We look forward to seeing you there!

It was a full match with 9 different schools from class 1A to 4A. The boys team was able to get some great work in and finished middle of the pack.
Avery Rogers had a great showing for the girls finishing tied for 5th out of 20 golfers. We had several golfers show improvement and shoot personal best.
We have two matches next week and are looking forward to another great week of Longhorn Golf!

Viola Schools will be holding school pictures on the following dates:
Senior Pictures – September 3, beginning at 8:00 AM.
Senior sponsors will also have their pictures taken on this day.
Fall Pictures – September 4.
This picture day will include all High School and Elementary students, along with teachers and staff.
Please make sure to mark your calendars, and come prepared for picture day.

Come support your Longhorn tennis team this season! We are proud to announce we are hosting our first ever home matches.

Our first LEGO Club meeting will be on Tuesday, September 2nd, and will run until 4:45 PM for students in 4th-6th grade.

Rhett Robbins led the way, finishing 4th out of 27 golfers from area schools. On the girls side, Avery Rogers competed as an individual and performed well, placing 5th out of 16 golfers.
Great job to our Longhorn and Lady Longhorn golfers for proudly representing our school! Our next match is scheduled for Tuesday, September 2nd.

The Viola 4th, 5th and 6th graders along with some high school students, will be creating gift bags for the residents of Southfork Living in Salem, AR for Christmas. If anyone has adult socks (crew or tube) with holes in them or mismates, don't throw them away! Send them to school. The students will be making pumpkins with them.
Also, we are collecting Pringle lids for another project. If your family eats Pringles , please save the lids and send to school to Coach Lisa.
If your family has any scrap fabric or yarn, we would appreciate those things as well.
If you have any of these items and would like to donate them, please send all items to Viola Elementary School to Coach Lisa.
